i'm... trying?

well, i know i missed last week...without warning. i don't know what happened! ^O^;; time just passes so quickly~~ too busy shopping i guess... Hong Kong will do that to you... rope you into its materialistic culture! so much cheap stuff! and foooood~~ i keep eating so much here! i'm just lucky that i walk a lot more here than at home... otherwise i'd be tubbier than my kitty boys! ^O^;;

so this week's strip is a direct continuation from the last strip, imagine that they're just stepping out of the court room. ^O^;;

it's funny because, even though I drew this strip with every intention of Tomo being my favourite character (i just looove childish blonds~) i think i'm starting to really love Eisaku. there's just something to brave about him that attracts me! ^O^;;; i think i'm acting out all my inner rage via Eisaku. ^O^;;; (i'm actually quite fluffy and sparkly in real life... i don't think i could work up a rage to scare a baby bunny... but i do feel angry sometimes!! and i want to do rude things!!! but i just can't bring myself to do it. ^^;;; maybe it's because i'm too Canadian?) anyways, as we can see here, Eisaku is always one who does what he likes when he likes. i think this is admirable. but um... if there are any little kids reading this... please don't copy Eisaku. he is very rude!!!! ^O^;;;

lucky me hase was sick today! otherwise she would have eaten meeeee!!! i promised her for sure comic would be up absolutely on time today!!! as it turns out... i'm working back in vancouver time. haha!!!

man, i rushed this~ instead of studying for pinyin test tomorrow... it's now 3am and i'm just not sleepy. haha~~ planning for this strip took place last night when i couldn't sleep... sketching took place during night class with stupid prof... actual drawing took place after 11pm in between studying for pinyin test. haha! i'm crazy! where's the "law" in this "programme" i'm taking at HKU???

and whhhhhhhy do i keep listening to "dragostea din tei"??? I thought this phase was over??? _O_

nothing much to blog about. got my laptoppie back, but there's something questionable about the spacebar at the moment. hopefully it's only fleeting... hopefully. ^^;;;

drawing with the pen tool in photoshop is fun~~ i still haven't really tried drawing bishies yet with this procedure, but... well, i guess i'll have to start sometimes? ^^;;; prolly next week... no wait... next week will involve some litigation... i think. it's going to explain why they're all ninja-outfitted in the first comic. do we remember the first comic? i can't get that "first" link to work, so please use the dropdown menu if you want to go back~ heehee! ^^;;

and yes... let us really hope i can keep up a regular update schedule now. ^^;;;;

this is the cheatiest cheat of a comic i've ever seen! ^O^;;; ahhhh~~ hopefully no new readers come in this week... what would they think of me if they saw this???? hahaha~~~~ so ashamed! okay, here's the skinny (or chubby, because this is me talking), my laptop is still being fixed... i've borrowed my uncle's spare laptop... he has paint shop pro... and adobe illustrator. i hate paint shop pro (can't draw in it) and... his illustrator is in Chinese and i'm not familiar enough with the proggie to battle my way through it. consequently? this strip was done in MSPaint with a little judicious c/p. haaaa~~ *crushed by embarrassment* _O_
okay okay, hopefully i'll work harder on next week's strip! i think i've already got an idea! it involves how the little stealth ninja outfits came to pass! (i mean... they're so law abiding now, working to make money to buy new foodies, how did they get to stealing cakies (like in the first strip?)

doing it the onigiri way~

this week's comic strip is about doing things the Eisaku way. which is really the way we should all do things, non? direct and to the point. if you want something, you go out and grab it.

that being said, i'm much more of a Tohru (Fruits Basket) than i am an Eisaku. >_< it's very sad. i'm in Hong Kong right now on exchange and things have been quite hectic for me these first two weeks! so much running around! at HKU, exchange students are dealt with via paper copy! so we have to register for everything by filling out tons of forms! it's soooo inefficient, always running around campus clutching a sheaf (does anyone use this term anymore?) of papers in my grubby lil pawsies. i'm also adjusting to living in a dorm for the first time... with a roomie for the first time... it's all very new! haha! and of course, when i connect from my dorm via our T1 line, i cannot ftp or bittorrent or anything!!! *wails* so i must come to the comp lab at school to upload comic! uh... but there is no real reason why this particular comic is so late... seeing as i'd said i was only on hiatus for exams... and those were over mid december... and i'd had this one planned since christmas... haha!!! okay! no more excuses! the story on my life thus far is this: will try to keep getting the comic out on wednesdays! yes i will!

comics will also all be cg from now on as have no scanner. ^^;;; i'm in love with the pen tool, but there may be some sketchy bishies later~ seeing as i can't draw bishies with the pen tool. wouldn't it be nice if i had a consistent, stable style? ah well, we can't have it all, can we?

in other news, i'm obsessed with curry fishballs again. T_T everytime i come to hong kong this happens to me. that and lemon ice tea juiceboxes. i'm like a cross between Eisaku and Tomotoshi! haha~~ dear me! i have no Teru to look out for me either~~ T___T

what we see here, folks, is the beginning of the laundromat idea!
in case you couldn't tell (and i did have someone tell me that last week's strip didn't really make a lot of sense...), what happens is that the liquid waste from the kittyboys' ship is a miracle clothing cleaner!

nothing else to say about this strip... other than pointing out my extreme cheat-y-ness by copy/pasting two panels from last week's strip into this week's~ lol!

fall cleaning time!

that's right, this week's strip is all about cleaning! why? because my own apartment is a biohazard zone! haha! i wish i had cute lil' kitty boys to do my cleaning~ T_T

technical aspects: another CG strip, didn't take as long... but took longer than should have becasue SOMEONE WAS GNAWING ON ME.

hmm... i really have nothing to say today! ^O^ oh! go me! strip is ontime! (oh, okay, you should prolly congratulate hase for pushing me to finish it early)
